REVIEW: Totino’s – Multigrain Pepperoni Pizza Chips

Rating: ©©-3/4 chips  (tolerable)

Comments:

Short and simple.  These taste more like Totino’s Pepperoni Pizza Rolls in flavor than they do Totino’s Pepperoni Party Pizzas. In fact, the flavor tastes an awful lot like pizza rolls….but, would these do at 2 in the morning when you just need that warm, gooey, rich-meaty-fatty snack….definitely not.  A lot of what makes rolls and pizzas so tasty are the textures and temperatures (warm or cold).

Also, we are not very happy with Totino’s decision to use multigrain chips as their vehicle of choice for their pepperoni pizza flavor???  Multigrain, really?  OK, we get it, trying to mimic the pizza crust flour (flavor/texture), but come on, multigrain chips are viewed in the industry as the healthier option.  With Totino’s anything, we are not looking for the healthier option!

We just really didn’t love these chips.  Stick with pizza and rolls.

As always, these are our thoughts, we would love to hear what you think.  Agree or disagree, let us know.
