We also hope to get you more involved with the Chip Genome Project and lots of Chip Polls so you can voice your opinions on topics involving chips.

I recently came across a new variety of chips from Boulder Canyon – coconut oil and sea salt.
I think they come close to being the best chips I’ve ever tasted.
Cooking in coconut oil is a growing trend (Jackson’s Honest make some good one’s too) and you can see why once you try them. It’s also a good option from a sustainability standpoint.
