Well readers, it has been a great 5 year run here at Chip Review, but like they always say – all good things must come to an end – and that end for Chip Review, is now. We’ve come to this difficult decision to call it quits for varying reasons, but none probably more so than the loss of our entire Chip Review database (including photos, reviews, tasting notes – guess we should have looked a bit further into that ‘cloud’ back-up thing while we had the chance, huh?).
We can’t even begin to thank you all for the amazing support over the past five years. So many of you have been with us since the very beginning, and we have really appreciated all of the feedback, comments, compliments, and of course samples.
It’s very likely that we will continue to offer some small critiques/reviews via some of our other social media outlets (Facebook and Twitter), but as far as our full length reviews here on this site, they will halt immediately. That being said, as another classic saying goes – never say never. So, who knows, we may be back one day, but until that day comes, keep on crunching and enjoying those chips!
